U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council Mercosur Representative Beatriz Pupo recently spoke at the Argus Latin American Biofuels & Feedstocks Conference in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The conference gathered 200 senior executives and industry leaders to discuss regional biofuels market trends, sustainable aviation fuel scaling and regulatory changes.
“Ethanol adoption results in more affordable fuel prices for consumers and improves air quality. Furthermore, U.S. ethanol producers are strengthening food security by supplying high-protein animal feed globally via corn co-products like distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS),” Pupo said.
