We are happy to finally be releasing the Student Worker Complaint Form. If you are having trouble at work related to a whole variety of issues, please let us at the Student Worker Affairs Team know! You do not need to provide your name unless you want to, and it won't be released to anyone outside of SWAT if you do. Let us know how we can help!

This form is for student workers on all GU campuses to report complaints to the GUSA Student Worker Advocacy Team. It will remain confidential.
