We’re grateful to share that the HFF has awarded three additional end-of-year grants, supporting organizations delivering targeted, meaningful support to Veterans, military families, and their communities.

🎖️ 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀
This grant will support career assistance for Veterans, helping them navigate professional transition, build skills, and connect to opportunities beyond military service.

🤝 𝗧𝗗 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
This funding will help provide direct aid to the children of wounded warriors and fallen heroes, supporting stability and opportunity for military families who have sacrificed so much.

🏘️ 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿
This grant will expand support for food-insecure military and Veteran families, strengthening access to essential resources and reducing barriers to basic needs.

These investments reflect a shared commitment to meeting people where they are and supporting solutions that are community-driven and impact-focused. We are thankful to HFF for its continued partnership and belief in the power of local organizations to make a difference.

Together, Hunt Family Foundation and our partners are closing gaps, creating stability, and reinforcing community-based solutions that ensure 𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱.

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀. Because of your support and generosity:

⭐ 𝟭𝟯,𝟴𝟵𝟴 service members & families received food security support
⭐ 340 Veterans, service members, and families engaged in healing arts programming
⭐ Military spouses & children received increased stability, care, and community connection
⭐ 𝟳𝟮 Veterans with disabilities strengthened their wellbeing through adaptive sports
⭐ Low-income and high-need Veterans accessed life-changing resources and support

This year, the Foundation expanded its commitment even further—funding 𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 focused on:

Mental health support
Crisis intervention assistance
Capacity-building for emerging Veteran-serving organizations
Transition and employment pathways
Food insecurity relief

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸, 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀.

Hunt Family Foundation, empowered by Veterans Collaborative, has awarded $𝟮𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗼 Feeding Georgia to support emergency mobile food pantries for military families and Veterans.

This investment will launch 𝟭𝟬 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 across Georgia’s military communities — providing critical nutrition support to 5,000 military families.

Feeding Georgia and its local partners are already active at Ft. Stewart, Hunter Army Airfield, and multiple locations across the state, ensuring families receive help at the moment they need it most.

On February 23rd, the Hunt Family Foundation had the privilege of hosting veterans at the Washington Capitals' celebrating Black History Month in Washington, DC. This special evening was not only about hockey—it was about bringing together those who have served, fostering community, connection, and opportunity.

As we celebrate 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, we recognize the resilience, leadership, and contributions of Black service members and all veterans who have dedicated their lives to our country.
