Trump’s explicitly racist, misogynistic, antitrans, ableist, xenophobic, Christian nationalist, Islamophobic, and imperialist agenda positions gender studies as inimical to his delusional and exclusionary vision of U.S. greatness and exceptionalism. In short, he is threatened by an intellectual enterprise that carefully and skillfully provides college students with tools of resistance.

In the past 20 years, at least 30 members of Congress from 13 states and Guam have faced workplace sexual harassment allegations, totaling at least 53 accusations publicly reported, says one new report from the National Women’s Defense League.

The policies of the Trump administration and the Republican-led Congress have led to a perfect storm of rising grocery prices while families and individuals have less access to government support.

Trump policies and recent legislation have reduced access to aid at a time of rising food prices.

“For me, it’s about how we hold ourselves accountable not just to the organization, but to the larger movement, and to an ordinary Dalit woman on the ground.”

Dalit women in India, who face compounded marginalization due to both caste and gender, are working across generations to make sure their movement evolves alongside the women it serves.
