Mortars vs. Attack Drones.

During USNDA Drone Crucible 26-1, mortar and attack drone teams went head-to-head to see who could get set, launch, and get on target first.

The competition pushed teams to move faster, adapt under pressure, and develop new TTPs across the Department of War.

The best advice I heard as a new FPV pilot?

You’re going to crash.

Don’t be afraid of it. Every crash is an opportunity to learn more about the system, improve your troubleshooting skills, and become a more confident, capable pilot.

That’s the goal of our Intro to FPV course: giving warfighters hands-on experience with FPV systems and flight in an environment where learning comes first.

The sooner you embrace the process, the faster you’ll grow.

USNDA hosted its first-ever Intro to FPV course during Drone Crucible 26.2 at Camp Blanding, Florida.

Over three days, a dozen warfighters from the U.S. Army, Air Force, and Marine Corps learned the fundamentals of building, repairing, and flying FPV drones through hands-on instruction and practical flight training.

One pilot, multiple strikes..

In January, we brought together industry leaders and warfighters to develop drone swarm TTPs and push the future of autonomous warfare forward.

Through collaborative testing and innovation, teams successfully executed operator-led drone swarm strikes, demonstrating the growing capability and effectiveness of coordinated unmanned systems on the modern battlefield.

Ukrainian drones just executed a modern-day Trojan Horse — sneaking deep into Russia to cripple nearly half their long-range bombers. Think Pearl Harbor, but with GPS, metal containers on trucks, and drones.

That could’ve been a U.S. plane or destroyer...

We must accelerate drone and counter-drone capabilities for the U.S. Military — NOW!
