A meaningful moment for our members and the patients we serve! 🩺

On June 11th, ABC leaders traveled to Washington to meet with CMS Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz β€” advocating for Medicare policy changes that could expand access to life-saving heart care for millions of beneficiaries.

Topics included expanding TAVR access for aortic stenosis patients, adding PAD screening to the Annual Medicare Wellness Visit, and improving cholesterol management tools.

Did you know the Annual Wellness Visit is FREE for Medicare beneficiaries β€” yet only about half currently use it? We're committed to changing that.

Thank you to Dr. Oz, Dr. Dora Hughes, and John Brooks for your time and engagement. ABC is proud to be a voice for better cardiovascular health policy. πŸ’™
