Security Officer Ho Diem Huong—a Vietnamese Communist official serving in the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the daughter of Deputy Foreign Minister Phuong Nga—serves as the "Special" Assistant to Attorney Andrew Loewenstein (counsel for To Lam) in the $1 billion terrorism lawsuit currently being lost against the "John Doe 25-3226" military legal team in Washington, D.C. Both Loewenstein and Huong Ho are currently under criminal investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice.
