The Epilepsy Foundation is inviting military families, veterans, and community members to join our upcoming Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) cohort!

This interactive program is designed to help individuals living with chronic health conditions build confidence, learn practical self-management tools, and improve overall well-being.

📅 Tuesdays, June 2 – July 7
🕦 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM EST
💻 Virtual Program

Topics include:
✔ Managing symptoms and stress
✔ Healthy eating and exercise
✔ Communicating with healthcare providers
