Introducing our new executive board! Lastly but not least, We’d like to welcome our new officer!

Bishop Duane Fields, Sr., M.DIV.

Duane Fields, Sr. is a native of Queens, New York born to Pastor Marvin and Mrs. Joyce Fields. On July 19, 1997, he married the love of his life, Sheree Fields and to this union two children were born, Duane Jr. and Destiny. Bishop Fields accepted the call from God to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and was licensed on May 11, 1998 at the Second Mount Zion Baptist Church, Hanover, Virginia under the tutelage of his father and served briefly as the Youth Minister. He was called to pastor the Oxford Mount Zion Baptist Church, Ruther Glen, Virginia and was installed on October 22, 2000. During this time, the ministry has seen significant growth. To accommodate the growth, Bishop Fields initiated a building project that added 300 additional sanctuary seats and the purchase of 26 acres of land for future growth and development.

Civicly, God has gifted Bishop Fields to transcend from the church into the community, having particular emphasis on youth and young adults. Regarded as a fighter for social justice, he attends to his passion of ensuring equal and fair treatment for the disenfranchised and marginalized. He served as the President of the Caroline County Chapter of the NAACP from 2018-2020 and as a Board Member for the local Habitat for Humanity. He has recently been selected to serve as the Chaplain for the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office, effective 2023. In 2017, Bishop Fields was appointed to the office of District Leader of Virginia for the Global United Fellowship (GUF) under the leadership of Bishop Neil C. Ellis and on October 7, 2022, he was consecrated a Bishop in The Lord’s Church.

Introducing our new executive board! We’d like to introduce our new Treasurer!!

Growing up in Caroline County, Shawn Davis found himself always wanting to fit in. Trying to find ways to push himself through difficult times, he would often say, “the sun will always shine tomorrow”. Mr. Davis graduated from Caroline High School in 2005. Post graduation, he enrolled into Washington State University to continue his education. Mr. Davis attended the university for one semester before deciding to return home to be near his ailing grandmother. Shortly after his grandmother’s passing, Mr. Davis sought inspiration from her spirit to transcend the stereotype and continue what he started: higher education. He then enrolled into Chesapeake College in Wye Mills, Maryland. Once completed, Mr. Davis transitioned to the workforce beginning a job at Autozone. Today, Mr. Davis still works for Autozone, but has been able to utilize his knowledge in business and unique approach to problem solving to develop S&A Transportation LLC. For Mr. Davis, trouble can’t last forever.

Mr. Davis is a devoted family man. He is the father of three amazing boys and takes pride in showing his children how to be successful, strong young men. In his free time, you would most likely find Mr. Davis at a sporting event or the race track spending time with his family and friends. He is a dedicated member of Second Mount Zion Baptist Church in Dawn, VA in which he is reminded to always pray and give all the glory to his Lord and Savior.

“There will come a time in life where you may feel you are at your lowest, just look in the mirror and recite, “I am the master of my ability and today will be a good day”. – Mr. Shawn Davis

To all of our loyal and devoted community — on behalf of Champions Circle, we want to express a heartfelt THANK YOU! Over the last 24 months, things have shifted for the organization in numerous ways.

Internally, we have undergone several adjustments such as a revision in organizational structure and of course our logo. Our organization stands on integrity! Doing right by our community, the RIGHT way. No shortcuts, no misleading! New logo, new leadership!

With that being said, we’d like to proudly introduce our new Executive Board! We are blessed to have these individuals check and balance the organization. We feel comfortable leaving the future of Champions Circle in their capable hands!

Our new partnerships with “Up On Game Network” and “Fox Sports” have vaulted us forward! These networks saw Champions Circle as a great asset to their brand complimenting our community reach and talent. We cannot wait to share our new content with you all!

We’ve always performed with full transparency — practice our core morals and values. In the event issues, concerns, or discrepancies, we want all of our athletes, parents, and community leaders to feel comfortable with being able to ask whatever is deemed necessary.

THANK YOU again for standing beside us as we navigate this new chapter of success! Many of you might not be aware, but we greatly appreciate your devotion and trust during this transition.

Look for Champions Circle to start hosting football camps, track clinics, basketball tournaments, trainings, run/walks as well as sports, community, and youth development events. Be blessed!
