FINER WOMEN VOTE: CHECK. CONNECT. COMMIT.

Finer Women Vote is Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated’s coordinated, nonpartisan get-out-the-vote effort to mobilize the Sisterhood and the communities we serve, helping people become informed, prepared, and ready to vote.

With Election Day on Tuesday, November 3, our message is simple: CHECK. CONNECT. COMMIT.

* CHECK: Check your voter registration, confirm your information is current, know your state’s registration deadline, and encourage others to do the same.

* CONNECT: Every Soror is encouraged to build a Circle of Ten—10 family members, friends, coworkers, neighbors, students, or community members whom she helps become vote ready.

* COMMIT: Make a voting plan. Know when, where, and how you will vote—and help your Circle of Ten do the same.

P.E.A.R.L.S. Institute Cohort 3 was blessed to hear from two of our very own for week 2: Leading Without Burnout! What an incredible evening of learning, reflection, and meaningful conversation!

I am always so thankful to those who answer the call to facilitate. I extend a heartfelt thank you to Soror Diana L. Hilaire and Soror Malica Ahmad for pouring into our Scholars last night! They put on their leadership hats from their personal businesses and brought us a word.

💙 Soror Malica Ahmad (Coach Malica) thank you for sharing your expertise, wisdom, and practical strategies for recognizing burnout, establishing boundaries/rest, and leading from a place of balance rather than exhaustion.

💙 Soror Diana Hilaire (When She Comes Home) thank you for setting the tone with your personal story, authenticity, and powerful reminder that even strong leaders must make room for themselves.

Together, you reminded us that leadership is not measured by how much we carry, but by how intentionally we lead, serve, and care for ourselves along the way.

Our Scholars walked away with more than information. They were challenged to reflect, reset, and recognize that protecting their peace is not selfish. It is necessary.

Thank you both for sharing your time, talents, and hearts with us. Your impact extends far beyond one evening!

The Atlantic Region is proud to present a message of remembrance, awareness, and action.

This Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Alpha Zeta, Mu Xi Zeta, and Tau Eta Zeta chapters gathered at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor to honor Sorors lost to domestic violence. As their names were spoken and candles glowed, one message rang clear: We refuse to be quiet.

The chapters shared statistics highlighting the impact of domestic violence in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. We can help by raising awareness, sharing resources, and encouraging conversations that connect people with support.

Liking and sharing this PSA can help it reach someone who needs it. Let’s challenge stigma, remind survivors they are not alone, and keep the conversation going. Check on the women in your life. Ask, listen, and offer support.

Like, share, and join the discussion.

💙✨ MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY | THE WOMAN YOU ARE BECOMING ✨💙

Your best days are not behind you—there is still so much to look forward to! 💫

Take a moment to celebrate how far you’ve come. Every challenge you’ve faced, lesson you’ve learned, and step you’ve taken has helped shape the woman you are becoming. Give yourself grace, trust your journey, and move forward with confidence.

✨ MONDAY CHALLENGE: Take one intentional step toward a goal you’ve been putting off. Make the call, start the plan, or seize the opportunity. Sorors, let’s turn intention into action! 💙

💜 Some conversations are too important to leave unspoken.

As we continue recognizing Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we invite you to join the Extraordinary Eight Regional Directors and the Domestic Violence Coordinator from all eight Regions for “Sister to Sister: We Have a Problem and We Need to Talk.”

This panel discussion will bring members together for a candid conversation about hurt, healing, and psychological safety—because sisterhood also means creating space for the conversations that aren’t always easy to have.

🗓️ Tuesday, October 20
⏰ 7:00 PM CST

This important conversation is open to members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated across all eight regions.

💙 Your voice matters. Your experiences matter. This conversation matters.
