Thank you to everyone who came out for Community Fill-A-Bag Day! 🛍️✨

Over 100 families walked away with bags full of resources, perinatal essentials, and a few extra goodies to support them on their parenting journeys.

This day was about so much more than the bags we filled. It was about the parents, the conversations, the new connections, and all the little moments that reminded us why we do what we do. 🥹🫶🏾

To everyone who showed up, volunteered, donated, and helped bring this day to life, THANK YOU for supporting our families and making it all possible! 💕

Getting ready for your little one? Join us at Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center for our highly interactive prenatal education classes, designed for first-time parents and families looking for a refresher as they prepare for pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

Recommended for families who are 32–34 weeks pregnant, these classes offer practical information, hands-on learning, and an opportunity to ask questions—so you can feel more confident as you get ready to welcome your growing family.💜

Registration includes:
• 1 parent + 1 support person
• Refreshments (please bring your own lunch)
• Support partners are encouraged to attend!

Ladies, let’s get the girls in formation!

It’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re showing our girls some extra love.

Follow along with Meet H.E.R. for this helpful demonstration on how to perform a breast self-exam and get familiar with what’s normal for your body.

Here’s your monthly reminder:
🩷 Wait until after your menstrual cycle if you’re currently on your period.
🩷 Use the pads of your fingers with your arms raised.
🩷 Check the surrounding areas, including your armpits, collarbone, and neck.
🩷 Look for more than just lumps, such as changes in breast or ni**le size and shape, skin texture, swelling, or anything new or unusual.

Early detection starts with awareness!
