지난 2007년 설립된 CBAM 은 비지니스 세계에서 하나님의 새로운 세대를 일으키는 것을 비전으로 “...그들이 의의 나무 곧 여호와께서 심으신 영광을 나타낼 자라 일컬음을 받게 하려 하심이라” 라는 이사야서 61장3절 말씀에 기초하여 세워졌으며, 비즈니스 세상 속 제자의 삶을 교육하는 여호수아 학교(Joshua Business School)와 비즈니스 창업을 통한 해외 선교를 돕는 희년창업학교 (Jubilee Entrepreneurship School) 등의 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 보급해 왔다.
