US-Philippines Society Raise awareness of today's Philippines in the United States. The Society's board is co-chaired by Ambassador John D. Negroponte (US) and Mr. Manuel V. Enrique K.

The Society's underlying goal is to draw more attention to U.S.- Philippine relations in Washington through a comprehensive approach, bringing together policy-makers, analysts and academe. Pangilinan (PH). Honorary Chair is Mr. Maurice "Hank" Greenberg. In addition to the co-chairs and honorary chairs, the other Founding Board Members are Mr. Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala (Ayala Corp.), Mr. Razon, Jr. (ICTSI), Ambassador Roberto R. Romulo, Ambassador Thomas C. Hubbard (McLarty Associates). President of the Society and member of the Board of Directors is Ambassador John F. Maisto; Executive Director is Mr. Hank Hendrickson. At the US-Philippines Society-hosted roundtable “Philippine-US Alliance: Historic Convergence at a Crossroads” with Richard Heydarian US-Philippines society, the discussion focused on

➡️ Philippine foreign policy, including the relative priority of the U.S. alliance and emerging partnerships versus multilateral cooperation within ASEAN.

➡️ Conversation also turned to Philippine politics and the implications for the U.S.-Philippines relations under potential 2028 presidential candidates.

➡️ Evolving online information environment in the Philippines and how political leaders engage with the public.
