FROM GRIEF TO GRACE
Grief can feel endless, but healing is possible. 💔🌿
In this inspiring Wisdom Wednesday message, Phyllis Outlaw reflects on the journey from sorrow to strength and from pain to purpose. Grief often leaves people feeling emotionally drained, isolated, and uncertain about the future after losing someone or something deeply meaningful.
But even in life’s darkest seasons, grace has a way of leading us toward healing. This conversation reminds us that while grief does not have to define us forever. Through faith, resilience, hope, and support, healing becomes possible one step at a time.
Phyllis Outlaw encourages viewers to embrace the process of growth, allow themselves to heal, and recognize that brighter days can still come after heartbreak. Sometimes the pain we experience becomes the very thing that shapes our strength and renews our purpose.
✨ Grace gives us the strength to rise after life’s hardest moments. ✨

DEPRESSION DUE TO LOSS OF A LOVED ONE
Dealing with a New Normal

The loss of a loved one often brings a level of pain that words cannot fully describe. In this
Wisdom Wednesday message, Quinten McCray discusses the depression stage of grief and the
difficult process of adjusting to a “new normal.”
Grief impacts people differently. For many individuals, the first year after a loss can feel
especially overwhelming. Everyday moments, family gatherings, birthdays, holidays, and
personal milestones become painful reminders of the absence of your loved one.
Quinten McCray reflects on the emotional reality of depression after loss—the loneliness,
sadness, tears, and internal struggles that many people quietly endure. It also highlights the
importance of support systems, family, prayer, and the healing comfort that can come through
the love of others.
Healing does not mean forgetting. It means learning how to continue living while carrying both
the memories and the love forward.
✨ Sometimes the strongest step toward healing is simply allowing yourself to grieve. ✨
