Last night The Washington Foreign Law Society had the absolute pleasure to honor Rafael Mariano Grossi, the Director General of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) with the Harry LeRoy Jones Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to International peace, nuclear security and the global rule of law.
Were also present Angeles Moreno Bau, Ambassador of Spain and Alec (Alejandro) Oxenford the Ambassador of Argentina to the U.S. who gave an insightful introduction. Followed by Richard Goorevich, who shared some funny anecdotes about DG Grossi.
As well as representatives of the Embassies of Argentina Julia Hoppstock and Juan Manuel Cortelletti, of Bulgaria Valentin Nikolov, of Poland Bartosz Folusiak, of Switzerland Kürsener, of Greece Sapountzis, of Italy , of France Mathieu Droin and Agnès von der Mühll.
