It was such an honor to participate & connect with for Mother’s Day. I curated a list of affirmations for "Letters to Black Mamas II,” a Mother’s Day campaign to reaffirm the mother you are and motivate you throughout your journey.

Take time today and everyday to acknowledge your strength, courage and patience while accepting and reaching out for support where needed. You got this mama ✨

As moms we tend to feel bad about asking for help

Lean on your Village !
Ask them for what you need
If you don’t a village create one, there are lots of therapy support groups for moms going through very similar things and groups for moms wanting to engage with other moms
