Anthony Wash is Managing Principal of A. Wash and Associates, a real estate development and electrical contracting firm that has been doing business in the Washington metropolitan area for over 15 years. His company began as a top-tier electrical contracting firm, completing several high profile pr

ojects throughout the region for the Architect of the Capitol, DC Public Schools, several community centers and high end condominium developments in the city. His firm employs over 35 people – of which 30 are District residents. Wash has particular expertise in project management, managing electrical installations, managing general construction projects for Suntechnical services, and managing the redevelopment of several real estate investments. Most recently, Mr. Wash financed and developed The Nannie Helen, a 70 unit mixed-income, mixed-use project in Ward 7. It is the first 100% affordable complex in the city, boasting a design and amenity level comparable to market rate projects. His real estate portfolio includes over $30M in development projects. Wash is a third generation Washingtonian and product of District public schools and District public housing. His experiential knowledge and demonstrated commitment to the community makes him an asset to the team.
