The winner of July's photo contest is Kyle Collins with this striking capture of a red-wing blackbird perched on some pickerelweed. If you hear a "conk-la-ree!" sound while walking in the gardens, look around! It might be a red-wing blackbird, one of the most frequently spotted birds here at Kenilworth, especially during summer. 🐦‍⬛

Maintaining the lotus and waterlily ponds takes a LOT of work, which means we rely on our monthly volunteers to help us with weeding, removing invasive species, and maintaining the trails. Great work to our volunteers this Saturday!! 💪 THANK YOU for being a steward of our Park.

On Thursday we practiced ephemeral earth art with Jill and Sarah, creating art out of the natural environment. Using lotus leaves, flowers, sticks, and buds, we made some beautiful creations
