we did not realize that one of Charlie Kirk’s final special events of this kind would be PERK’s 5th-year celebration gala, the Legacy of Freedom event held in , where he served as our keynote speaker. It took place the evening before his guest appearance on Fox & Friends and remains a lively, heartfelt, and unforgettable night, with a packed room at the Westchester Trump Golf Club. was supportive of PERK and our work defending parental rights, protecting children, opposing vaccine mandates, and standing firmly for health freedom.

We share this special clip with profound admiration for Charlie’s remarkable mind, commanding presence, and masterful ability to articulate powerful messages about body sovereignty, freedom, and the future of our country. YOUR FIVE MINUTES ON THE FEDERAL RECORD

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has opened a public comment period asking, in its own words, how parents experience vaccine recommendations and whether they feel free to ask questions. PERK is filing on the permanent federal record, and we want it built on your real experiences.

Have you ever been denied service? Were you provided informed consent as you understand the term?

PART 3 KID SCREEN USE WARNINGS AND HARMS The majority of Kids are on screens 9-12 hours a day. What’s increasing? Anxiety, depression, body dysphoria, sleep disorders, headaches, eye deterioration, loneliness, lack of oxytocin critical bonding to people, and suicidal ideation. The epidemic of harm cannot be ignored.

Solutions: touch the grass, phones away at dinner and meals, go outside, replace the hours with non digital options, let kids be bored, and save their well being. Intervention is needed. Pass parental consent and age verification laws in your state. Warning data points REAL LIFE

PART 2 HHS Symposium LIVE REAL LIFE From the Surgeon Generals Office had experts on panels who shared valuable information for parents.

Did you know before our kids are 14, there are 74,000,000 million data points collected on our kids and then subsequently potentially exploited with the algorithms?

The harm is clear. Parents need tools and solutions because as said, Kids are not living with their screens, they are living THROUGH their screens.

A breakdown of the Victory in California! AB2651 is dead! PERK communicated with the authors office and voiced our official opposition to the bill in all the formal ways. The Assembly Member’s office informed us on Friday that The Informed Parents, Healthy Schools Act (AB2651) was held in the Senate Appropriations Committee yesterday!

PERK strongly opposed this bill because it risks turning school immunization rates into a tool for pressure, stigma, privacy violations, more state control, and discrimination against families.

This week, we had the honor of representing PERK at the White House Faith Office Briefing. We left encouraged—not because every problem has been solved, but because we were invited into conversations about what comes next.

The work didn’t end when the briefing concluded. We continued meeting with faith leaders and other attendees to develop actionable recommendations that will be shared with a senior advisor to the President. That’s where real progress begins.

Throughout the day, we heard a consistent message about courage, conviction, faith, and protecting what matters most. spoke about the ongoing effort to locate the hundreds of thousands of missing migrant children. Dr. reflected on faith, family, and preserving the values we pass to future generations. Pastor Paula White-Cain shared the 's commitment to partnering with faith leaders to serve our nation. The Creative Director reminded us that purpose is often found by following the path we’ve been called to, while Assistant to the President Will Scharf spoke about remaining true to our faith and convictions in public life and policy alongside 'swork on behalf of Americans.

We also learned that an estimated 344 million people around the world will face persecution for their faith this year—a sobering reminder that religious liberty is a freedom worth protecting.

For us, the greatest takeaway wasn’t simply who spoke or where we were. It was the opportunity to ensure California families had a voice in the room—and to be asked, “What solutions do you have?”

Now we’d like to ask you the same question.

If you have ideas that could strengthen parental rights, protect educational access, or better support families in California, we want to hear them. PERK has always been built by families standing together, and we’ll continue carrying your voices into every room we’re blessed to enter.

This isn’t the end of the conversation. It’s the beginning of the work.
