‎From tee-off to good conversations, the 19th Hole Golf Visit was a great opportunity to connect, unwind, and enjoy some quality time together outside the usual routine.

‎Our youth got a hands-on look into what it takes to run a small business at 19th Hole Golf. From understanding day-to-day operations and team collaboration in an intimate business setting to experiencing the fun of virtual golf, it was a day filled with learning, teamwork, and fresh swings.

We’re so excited to welcome Katherine to the Stella’s Child team as part of the Australian Volunteers Program Australian Volunteers Program !

During her time with us, Katherine will support us in strengthening our Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems while also working closely with our team to help us continue improving and growing. 📊🌱

Through First Employ, we equip high school students with practical knowledge and real-world skills to help them confidently take their first step into the workforce.

Last year, our FUNdamentals journey brought us to LKSA Widya Asih Blimbingsari, Negara, where learning came to life through play, connection, and hands-on experiences 🌱

Together, we shared laughter through interactive games, built meaningful connections, and got our hands dirty planting chili as part of a permaculture activity. A simple seed planted today can become a reminder that growth begins with small, intentional steps.

It is about the ability to guide, support, motivate, and take responsibility to move together toward a common goal. It is not about position or title, but a skill of understanding people, uniting a team with shared purpose, giving direction, and maximizing each member’s potential to achieve the best outcome.

Leadership exists within all of us. It begins with the ability to lead ourselves toward our own goals, making choices, staying committed, and taking action! With strong commitment and continuous development, we can strengthen this skill and gradually turn our dreams into reality.
