This in-person workshop is designed for public health professionals across clinical and non-clinical roles who seek to strengthen their ability to lead effectively through change and uncertainty.

This two-day experience emphasizes practical instruction and real-world application, equipping participants with strategies to design and implement meaningful initiatives in their agencies for 2026 and beyond.
