Join us today to celebrate Eid al-Adha at The Jerusalem Fund with handmade goods, books, jewelry, food, henna, and coffee.
Join us for an afternoon of community, culture, and shopping at The Jerusalem Fund. Visitors will be able to browse handmade goods, glassware, books, prints, calligraphy, tatreez, jewelry, kufiyyahs, soaps, Palestinian and regional crafts, and other gifts from vendors and community members.
The souk will also include Middle Eastern food, henna painting, coffee, and a warm bazaar atmosphere for families, friends, and visitors of all ages.
A special part of this Eid al-Adha Souk will support the Palestine Diabetes Institute, one of The Jerusalem Fund’s humanitarian programs serving Palestinians through clinics in the West Bank.
This market continues the community souk tradition at The Jerusalem Fund and brings together culture, hospitality, small businesses, and humanitarian support in our space in Washington, DC.

This Eid, we hold Palestine in our hearts: Gaza, Jerusalem, the West Bank, Palestinians living across historic Palestine, refugee communities, and the diaspora.

May this season bring strength to families facing hunger, displacement, oppression, occupation, blockade, and loss, and may it renew our commitment to Palestinian life, dignity, memory, and the right to return.

Talent for Palestine: Networking and Career Development Night
This summer, Washington will be full of interns, students, researchers, writers, doctors, lawyers, journalists, technologists, artists, nonprofit workers, public servants, and professionals from many other fields.

Many of them care deeply about Palestine. Some work on Palestine every day. Others carry that commitment with them while building careers in places where Palestine may not appear in the job title.

On Thursday, June 18, The Jerusalem Fund will bring these people into one room.

This evening is for students looking for direction, interns spending the summer in D.C., young professionals building their path, and experienced professionals who want to share advice while meeting others across fields.

Palestine is part of American public life: in classrooms, workplaces, newsrooms, courts, hospitals, tech companies, cultural spaces, faith communities, and policy debates. We hope this gathering helps people make new connections, think more clearly about their careers, and find ways to support one another.

The evening will include opening remarks, a short presentation on careers and professional development in the age of AI, industry-based networking tables, open networking, and optional resume, LinkedIn, and career-advice conversations.
