The American Coatings Association (ACA) is a nonprofit trade association representing both companies and professionals in the paint and coatings industry. The organization was founded on Sept. 11, 1887 as the National Paint, Oil and Varnish Association. Since then, the organization has had several names: the National Paint, Varnish and Lacquer Association (1933), National Paint and Coatings Associ

The conditional agreement is intended to safeguard competition in aerospace sealants and in the market for polysulfides. Polysulfides are essential for manufacturing aerospace sealants.
