Passport DC 🌎✨

Join us at the Embassy of Costa Rica to experience Birds in Motion, a breathtaking photography exhibit featuring the stunning birds of Costa Rica through the lens of DC Bird Alliance photographers.

We are so proud of the artists who captured these extraordinary images.

Passport DC is a global celebration of culture, cuisine, and community. As you explore, take time to learn more about the incredible strides Costa Rica has made to protect its environment and the living things that depend on it.

We usually see you outside on the trail.
Tomorrow, we’ll see you at the Embassy.

The exhibit remains on view through the end of the month.

We believe everyone deserves access to green space and a role in protecting it.

Earth Day is a reminder that birds, their habitats, and our shared environment need care, attention, and collective action. From migration routes to neighborhood trees, conservation starts right where we are.

At DC Bird Alliance, we connect people to birds and the places they depend on, building a community that shows up for both.

Step outside today. Notice what’s around you. The more we see, the more we protect.

Join us on a bird walk or explore our upcoming events to get involved.

If you value this work, consider supporting us through the link in bio. Your support helps sustain conservation and community across DC.🐦

Soon it will be summer. And with it, baby birds, hot weather, and fireflies. Nature we all love! But what do these things have in common? Light pollution is making them all less enjoyable. Stealing more than just the stars, we’re honoring this International Dark Sky Week by raising awareness every day towards the often overlooked problem of light pollution.
