The March for Life was founded in 1973, when a group of pro-life leaders gathered at Nellie Gray's home in Washington, D.C. Wade would come and go with no recognition. On January 22, 1974 the first March for Life was held on the steps of the Capitol. Pro-lifers have been Marching for Life every year since!

The countdown is officially ON! In just 100 days, thousands of pro-life Americans will gather in Washington, D.C., to March for Life, stand for the truth and be a voice for the voiceless!
 
This year’s theme, “the truth is pro-life,” reminds us that every human life has inherent value and dignity, and that the truth is worth standing up for.

NEW JERSEY ... what an incredible day! ❤️
 
The sun was shining and so many marchers showed up to celebrate the gift of life with us and our friends at New Jersey Right To Life.
 
We had legislators, March for Life Chief of Staff Hayden Sledge, pregnancy center directors and more join us at our rally. Jean Marie Davis, Executive Director of Branches Pregnancy Resource Center was our keynote and shared how she became pregnant after being trafficked for years. She chose life for her precious son and now he is eleven years old! What a beautiful testament to what saying YES to life looks like!
 
We are so grateful to everyone who joined us today and helped make this year’s New Jersey March for Life such a success!

Today, families from across the state filled the streets of Columbus for the Ohio March for Life alongside our friends at Center for Christian Virtue
 
One of our favorite parts of the day was seeing SO many kids and families marching together with their homemade signs, and boldly showing up for life!
 
Thank you to every single person who came out and marched with us today. Rain or shine, we march for life! ❤️

Today, March for Life Chief of Staff Hayden Sledge joined Americans United for Life and other pro-life leaders to mark 50 years of the Hyde Amendment, a major milestone in the fight to protect life.
 
For five decades, Hyde has stood for a simple principle: taxpayers shouldn’t be forced to help pay for abortion.
Protecting life shouldn’t be controversial. And neither should making sure Americans aren’t forced to use their tax dollars to support abortion.
 
At March for Life, we recognize that fifty years of Hyde is worth celebrating, but it’s also a reminder that we have to keep showing up and standing for life.
 
As we mark 50 years of Hyde, we remain committed to protect every human life and while upholding the dignity of both mother and child! We hope to see you this January to March alongside us and defend that truth.

He’s a husband, a father of five, and someone who has dedicated so much of his life to serving others. Alongside his wife, Ellen, he founded Kershaw’s Challenge, a charity committed to improving the lives of at-risk children and communities in need.

We’re incredibly excited to welcome a voice like Clayton’s to our stage on January 22, 2027, in Washington, D.C. as we come together to boldly carry out our witness for life. See you then!
