“The antisemitism that fueled the encampments didn’t disappear with the tents; it just changed clothes.

At UT Austin, it now wears Hasan Piker’s face.

On Sept. 30, the University Democrats are scheduled to host Piker, a Twitch streamer with millions of followers, for a campus talk.”

A Jewish psychology professor reported a graduate student who praised Hamas on the anniversary of October 7 and another who called him “racist” for condemning antisemitism.

Instead of addressing the professor's concerns, Duquesne University allegedly retaliated by creating an alternative to his course so students wouldn’t feel “pressured” by his views and removed him from an exam committee. The Brandeis Center has since filed an EEOC complaint.

Jewish faculty should not have to choose between speaking out against antisemitism and keeping their jobs.

🚨 DISTURBING: Ahead of the Jewish High Holidays, a mezuzah was removed from a Jewish resident’s door at Callaway House, a private UT Austin dorm. Days later, an antisemitic drawing was found in the dorm’s study room.

The drawing portrayed the Star of David as “hate” and a sw****ka as “love.”

Callaway House has increased security, while UTPD investigates the incidents.

Jewish students will not be intimidated into hiding who they are.

Proudly supported by ICC, Elon University students rise above hate:

"In the days leading up to Shabbat, we received death threats, calls for violence, and warnings from police that as many as 1,000 protesters could show up.

Despite tremendous pressure to cancel, we worked closely with law enforcement to quietly move Shabbat to a secure location... more than 150 Elon students still showed up.

Together, we shared Shabbat, sang songs, and stood proudly as a Jewish community, refusing to let fear or intimidation take that away from us."

Lincoln Memorial University’s DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine denied Jewish students excused absences for religious holidays during the 2025–26 year while granting similar accommodations to non-Jewish students for secular reasons.

When students challenged the double standard, the school didn’t correct it. It banned religious absences entirely… DOJ and HHS opened a joint civil rights investigation and this week, LMU settled. The university must now treat religious absences the same as non-religious ones.
