Michele Bobadilla, a longtime UTA administrator, has been awarded the prestigious 2018 Medallion of Excellence in Education, Science, Medicine, or Civil Rights from the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute.

We are launching a new initiative along with The University of Texas at Arlington, which will create bridges between Hispanic-Serving Institutions of higher learning with corporations and business partners to create a robust college-to-career pipeline. Dr. Michele Bobadilla & Dr. Troy Johnson will help lead this effort along with the guidance from Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board

We are excited to announce that the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation has partnered with Verizon to support Hispanic and other minority small businesses through the Minority Business Enterprise Fellowship. The scholarships will cover tuition costs to participate in the minority business executive education program at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth designed to meet the needs of CEOs and senior leaders of diverse businesses.
