📤 The insights industry is rapidly advancing when it comes to gathering more diverse and inclusive voices in research. Earlier this year, the Insights Association’s IDEA Council completed a rigorous study of almost 5,000 panel members across 5 panel companies to test 10 different ways to ask race and ethnicity questions.

➡ This presentation will provide an overview of the IDEA Council’s research. In addition, Nicole Mitchell will discuss findings from Dynata’s research on the combination of race and ethnicity into one question and the subsequent impact of this particular question design on quotas. The presentation will be followed by a collaborative discussion where we encourage everyone to share ideas about, experiences with, and feedback on inclusive questionnaire design and sampling.
