is a non-profit 501c3 organization that works with at-risk youth in Washington, D.C., established in 2009. Mission - is to create a nurturing, stable, and culturally diverse environment within Deanwood Youth Empowerment Association which encourages inner-city youth to become effective, contributing adults to our community. The Goal of D.Y.E.A. - is to offer inner-city youths positive activities to

involve themselves in, and to offer them various opportunities of continuing their educational goals. About

General Information
Our Football Program is open to boys/girls 5-15 and Track & Field is open to boys/girls 7-15. We have two seasons for both Sports Programs as followed: Football Spring Season (AAU Flag and Tackle) is from March - May, Fall Season (Pop Warner Tackle only) August - December. Track & Field Outdoor (USATF) March - July, Indoor (USATF) December - March
