🎙️ On October 9, join us for A Detailed Walkthrough of the Bipartisan American Affordability and Jobs Act—a more than 400-page package introduced September 30 by Sens. Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), Martin Heinrich (D-NM), Mike Lee (R-UT), and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) to increase the efficiency of our permitting system.

BPC's Xan Fishman will unpack the bill's major provisions, followed by a panel discussion and audience Q&A with permitting experts from across the political spectrum. Panelists will assess what the package would mean in practice for project developers, communities, and the environment—and what it will take to get it across the finish line.
