La igualdad salarial va más allá del salario. Se trata de oportunidades económicas.

Hoy, en el , reconocemos que las latinas en EE. UU. ganan apenas 53 centavos por cada dólar que ganan los hombres blancos no hispanos, al incluir a quienes trabajan a tiempo completo y a tiempo parcial.

Esta brecha afecta mucho más que los ingresos individuales. Limita la capacidad de las familias para ahorrar, invertir, crear negocios y generar riqueza intergeneracional.

En LEDC, vemos todos los días el talento, la resiliencia y los aportes de las emprendedoras y trabajadoras latinas que fortalecen nuestras economías locales. A través del acceso a capital, el desarrollo empresarial y el empoderamiento financiero, trabajamos para ampliar los caminos hacia la movilidad económica.

Cerrar la brecha significa reconocer el valor de las trabajadoras latinas y, a la vez, crear más oportunidades para que las mujeres generen riqueza, dirijan negocios y prosperen.
