Did you know we have an exhibition featuring work by todayโ€™s most celebrated Native glass artists?

โ€œClearly Indigenous: Native Visions Reimagined in Glassโ€ is a groundbreaking, one-of-a-kind exhibition with 120+ works by leading artists including Dan Friday (Dan Friday), Preston Singletary (Preston Singletary Glass), and Ira Lujan (Ira Lujan). It also features work by Dale Chihuly (Dale Chihuly), who was instrumental in introducing glass to Native artists.

Documenting half a century of Native glass art, the show highlights how contemporary artists have transformed the medium while carrying forward traditional stories and cultural knowledge.

Opening this week at NW Museum of Arts & Culture in Spokane, Washington!

For museums and galleries: final tour slots are available from Spring 2028โ€“Spring 2029. Link in bio or DM us to learn more.

Weโ€™ve noticed a big splash ๐Ÿฆ† of new followers since our friend Kira Sabin helped us announce our traveling exhibition, โ€œConservation Through the Arts: Celebrating the Federal Duck Stamp.โ€ Welcome! Hereโ€™s a closer look at the art and the story behind it ๐Ÿ‘‡

Launched in 1934, the Federal Duck Stamp debuted when many waterfowl species were being pushed to the brink of extinction.

Since 1949, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has held an open contest to choose each yearโ€™s design. Itโ€™s the only art competition regulated by the U.S. government, and itโ€™s known as โ€œThe Super Bowl of Wildlife Art.โ€ At its peak, the contest drew over 2,000 entries, and it has been growing in popularity again in recent years, with 331 entries in 2026.
The impact is huge: Duck Stamp sales have raised more than $1.2 billion, with over 98% going directly to conserving more than six million acres of wetlands.

Organized by The Bruce Museum , the exhibition features 78 works of art representing the winning stamp designs and has been featured in the The New York Times, Scientific American, Artnet, and Smithsonian Magazine. Now weโ€™re thrilled to take it on the road! The national tour kicks off at Dixon Gallery and Gardens in Memphis, Tennessee, in October 2027. ๐ŸŽ‰

Weโ€™ve loved seeing the enthusiasm from wildlife lovers, artists, birders, historians, and everyone in between.

Weโ€™ve had comments asking what you can do to help spread the word about the exhibition, and the answer is simple: tag the venue you want to see host it next! ๐Ÿ’š

This Indigenous Peopleโ€™s Day, our team at International Arts & Artists wants to take a moment to honor the life and legacy of extraordinary artist, RG Miller, who passed away on July 26, 2026, shortly after his 76th birthday. We extend our deepest sympathy to the family, friends, and community of Miller.

Miller was a powerful storyteller who shared his experiences and truth through his work. His art carried an important story, one rooted in the lasting impacts of the residential school system and sustained by the strength to move forward.

RG Millerโ€™s legacy continues to live on through his work and his community. We at IA&A, along with Dr. Neal B. Keating and Rochester Contemporary, are grateful to have the opportunity to help carry his story as a survivor forward through his exhibition โ€œOur Path Forward: Tsi Non:we Entewahaโ€™haraโ€™ne: Paintings by R. G. Millerโ€.

Through 29 original oil paintings, mixed media sketches, and collages created by Miller from 2003 to 2008, โ€œOur Path Forwardโ€ gives form to his memories of the โ€˜Mush Holeโ€™, revealing not only what was taken from him, but also what survivedโ€“his resilience, resistance, and Indigenous sovereignty.

Thank you, RG Miller. You will be greatly missed.

Tomorrow is the Grand Finale of Auction on the Alley and your final chance to bid on over 50 works of art. But beyond the art on our walls, we have something truly one-of-a-kind up for bid: a rare, personal look into the world of Renato Miracco.

Renato is a renowned scholar, art critic, and curator from Naples, Italy, who has curated major exhibitions of Italian art around the globe, including as Guest Curator at the Phillips Collection.

This is your chance to join him for a visit to Longwood Gardens, walk through his personal collection, ask him questions in person, and see works by esteemed artists from across the world โ€” including Mario Sironi, Jared French, Gino Severini, Federico Solmi, Renato Dโ€™Agostin, and many more. Afterward, settle in for an exquisite lunch at โ€œ1906โ€ for the full contemporary dining experience.

Bring up to 6 guests along for the journey!

Whether itโ€™s a gift, a group outing with fellow art lovers, or the perfect date night, this is an experience money usually canโ€™t buy.

The last chance to bid is tomorrow. Donโ€™t miss it. ๐Ÿ”จ
