In just 15 minutes, you can help influence the programs, leadership opportunities, networking experiences, and professional development initiatives that support NAAIA members across the country.

• Launched the NEXT Mentorship Program serving 150+ members
• Expanded accessibility through virtual summit programming

Today, NAAIA honors the service members who gave their lives in defense of our country and reflects on the sacrifices made by generations who fought for freedom.

Memorial Day is a time of remembrance and reflection. We recognize not only those who served, but also the families and communities who continue to carry their legacy forward.

As we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice, we also acknowledge the historic role Black Americans played in some of the earliest Memorial Day commemorations, creating traditions of honor that continue today.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
