Empowering Students in Tanzania with Digital Skills 🌍💻📚

In May (2024), our WildTech volunteer team donated computer labs to two schools in Tanzania: Nkoasenga Secondary School in the Meru District and Kwaraa Secondary School in Babati.

Over 15 months, our dedicated volunteers from the US and Tanzania designed, configured and installed 40 HP laptops, projectors, education software, and more across both schools. But we didn't stop there – we also provided four days of vital teacher training at each location.

By equipping both students and teachers with hands-on computing experience and skills, we're opening new pathways to employment and entrepreneurship. Graduates will now have a brighter future in an increasingly digital world.

If you believe in the power of education and technology to change lives, we invite you to be part of this transformative work. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us empower more Tanzanian youth with the digital skills they need to succeed.

If you feel inspired, please consider supporting our mission: https://gofund.me/c15e6a17

Together, we can make a real difference in Tanzania, one computer lab at a time. Thank you for being part of our journey. 🙏💙

“When I first started, some were starting at the same time. I was looking into their eyes and could tell they were lonely, just like me, and looking for attention. Now that I’ve been in the program since August, they’re smiling and talking. It’s a gift and a lifeline for us. Too many people don’t know that when seniors get our age, there aren’t people sitting and talking with you. Since I can see and hear people, it has helped me be able to converse more.” - Gracie Webb, 2023
