Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., Omicron Phi Zeta Chapter Omicron Phi Zeta Chapter (OPhiZ) was chartered on March 26, 1994, in Washington, DC. Since its inception, the chapter has doubled its size.

Over the past 25 years, our chapter members have provided monetary and voluntary support to a variety of causes and organizations throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area such as Thrive DC, We Feed Our People and Iona Senior Services. OPhiZ members continue to let their Zeta light shine by holding various leadership positions in their professional lives and within the sisterhood. Within the

chapter, there are 3 past-DC State Directors, a past National Executive Director, and past Eastern Region Undergraduate Coordinator. OPhiZ is also an awarding winner chapter for its commitment to community service projects, involvement with its youth auxiliary and undergraduate chapter.

This important event will bring together activists, faith leaders, Divine Nine organizations, and community partners in response to recent Supreme Court rulings impacting the Voting Rights Act.

As a partnering organization, we are proud to stand alongside other D9 and national partners who have joined with Roland Martin to broadcast this powerful moment across social media.
