Welcome to the P3 Crew, Czech and Pumba!

We are absolutely thrilled to introduce the newest members of the P3 family! Please give a massive, warm welcome to our two newest arrivals, Czech and Pumba!

Both of these handsome boys recently took their freedom rides after being pulled from PG County. Leaving a loud, stressful shelter environment behind is a huge transition, and we are incredibly grateful to have them safely in our care to start their next chapters.

Although they have never met and are currently living in separate foster homes, their lives are connected by remarkably similar circumstances. They share parallel stories that left them both in urgent need of rescue at the exact same time, and we knew we needed to give them the second chance they both deserved.

Right now, Czech and Pumba are just decompressing, getting lots of much deserved love, and settling into their new routines. It always takes a little time for new rescues to realize they are safe, but we cannot wait to see their true personalities shine through over the coming days.

A huge thank you to the transporters, volunteers, and supporters who make these rescue missions possible. We couldn’t save boys like Czech and Pumba without your continued support!

Join P3 on Tuesday, September 22nd from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Dacha Navy Yard for an amazing evening of trivia, drinks, and saving dogs!

For just $50, your ticket includes:

🍦🐾 Scoop Up Some Love: National Dog Day Adoption Event🐾🍦

National Dog Day was the perfect excuse to celebrate everything we love about dogs — and what better way to do it than with ice cream, doggy treats, and a whole lot of puppy love 🐶🤎🤍!?

P3 Rescue spent Wednesday at Bruster’s Real Ice Cream in Frederick, MD, bringing our adoptable pups and fellow dog lovers together for a sweet afternoon of community, connection, and, of course, delicious treats! 🍦🐾

And Cardi was absolutely the star of the show! ⭐️ She wowed everyone with her tricks, patience, tolerance, beauty, and that irresistible Cardi charm 👑🐶!

We also made a new friend, Mr. Enkei, who recently found his forever home! 🥰 He happily held down the fort until Princess Cardi arrived — clearly taking his ambassador duties very seriously. 😉

From ice cream to puppy kisses, National Dog Day was a reminder that sometimes the sweetest moments are simply the ones spent together 🫶.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared some love, and helped make our day a little sweeter 💝

🐰Meet Rabbit! Pulled from the PG shelter back in January, this handsome boy- and his absolutely perfect ears- are still on the hunt for a forever home.

Thanks to the immense love and dedication from his foster and foster support team, Rabbit has blossomed into an absolute dream of a dog. He thrives on canine companionship and requires a second pup in his new home so he always has a buddy to share his adventures with. To ensure he is as comfortable and happy as possible, Rabbit prefers a household without young kids.

Meet Nova! ❤️

Abandoned at a vet's office, she was kept safe by their staff until joining the P3 family. Nova offers the best of both worlds: she adores kids and going for runs, but she's just as happy being a chill couch potato when the workout is done!

She is currently brushing up on her doggy social skills and needs to be your one and only pet for now so she can soak up all your attention. ❤️
