Not many people see the work that goes on behind the scenes of our large-scale events like the Mini United Nations, part of the Embassy Adoption Program with DC Public Schools. Enjoy this time lapse of a Washington Performing Arts “stuffing party” where we prepare the documents for our DC Public Schools partners, diplomats, and staff!

As Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month comes to an end, we highlight the film “Songs of Love from Hawai’i,” created by Jinyoung Lee. Lee uses the universal language of music to illustrate the journey of Korean immigration to Hawai’i.

Explore connection through musical storytelling and rare film footage. “Songs of Love from Hawai’i” is available to stream on Prime Video.
