I saw this article on a news site addressing how we can prevent….or at least slow, Dementia. This condition affects millions and will most likely affect you or someone close to you.

1. Get from behind the TV.
2. Do social activities.
3. Dance…especially social dancing.
4. Learn new things…such as new movements or/and another language.
