🚨 New Resource: Understanding the Impact of the Supreme Court's TPS Ruling on Campus Communities
The Supreme Court recently ruled that the administration's termination of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haiti and Syria may proceed, affecting approximately 350,000 Haitians and 6,100 Syrians. While the decision has significant implications, TPS protections and certain TPS-based Employment Authorization Documents (EADs)remain in effect until the lower court formally lifts its pause.
