The Montana SLR firm of CrowleyFleck wanted to share a community outreach project that made the “good news” on the front page of the Independent Record. Board member- Secretary- Aimee Grmoljez and CrowleyFleck partner Kiely Keane worked with fellow attorney friend Sara Berg to help the third grade class of Jefferson Elementary School practice and try the case of the Three Bears v. Goldilocks.

The third graders practiced their parts in costume - from judge to Goldilocks and “Bearly Withit” – who was Baby Bear’s best friend and attested to the porridge being the best in the forest. Goldilocks was found not guilty and the players and parents all learned a lot about the court system the roles of the judge, jurors, lawyers and witnesses. And we had a lot of fun! The Helena Capital high school members of the Mock Trial team that Aimee Grmoljez, Kiely Keane and Sara Berg coached were part of the Three Bears and Goldilocks classroom teaching and trial and were awesome!
