For Rent – Large Studio Apartment
We have a large studio apartment for rent at Takoma Village Cohousing in Washington, DC! The home will be available as of September 1 or October 1 for a two-year lease term.

The home is unfurnished, but the landlord can provide any of the following items at no additional charge: sofa/queen futon, living room chairs, dining table with four chairs, small desk, king bedframe (no mattress).
Tenants are expected to become Associate Members and participate fully in the life of the community.
