Sea Bridge Capital has completed its acquisition of InnSeason Resorts, bringing the New England-based vacation ownership company and its managed properties into its growing hospitality platform.

The acquisition includes:

▪️ InnSeason Resorts' managed properties across Cape Cod, Massachusetts; Ogunquit, Maine; and Loon Mountain, New Hampshire
▪️ The InnSeason Vacation Club membership base
▪️ Ownership and servicing of more than $30 million in consumer receivables

The acquisition positions InnSeason Resorts for continued growth across the timeshare, membership club and short-term rental hospitality markets, with opportunities to expand vacation destinations, membership benefits and flexibility for owners.

Massanutten Resort is expanding with a new hotel and major additions to its Indoor WaterPark!

Construction is underway on the project, which includes:

▪️ A new five-story, 140-room hotel with a 6,500-square-foot atrium

▪️ Flexible accommodations ranging from king rooms to two- and three-bedroom suites

▪️ Two Indoor WaterPark expansions, including a 25,000-square-foot addition

▪️ New water attractions including a wave pool, family raft ride, mat racer slide, kiddie pool, and more

The expansion is expected to be completed in late 2026 or early 2027.

Westgate Resorts and the Westgate Foundation are marking 15 years of Military Weekend by welcoming 1,000 military families for complimentary vacations in Orlando.

Taking place December 4-6 at Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort, this year’s Military Weekend will include:

◾1,000 complimentary three-day, two-night vacations
◾Live entertainment and family activities
◾Access to resort amenities, including water parks and pools
◾Opportunities for military families to come together and connect

Since the tradition began in 2013, Westgate has provided more than 30,000 complimentary vacations to military families.
