Coming off their most successful season in 10 years, the Cal men’s basketball team is having a crowdfunding event which aims to raise $500K. Coach Madsen is matching donations up to $250K.

Today is the Big Give! Generous alumni have pledged $2,000 in matching funds for any donations made during the Big Give to our scholarship fund. These scholarships support deserving students with up to 4- years of support to attend Cal. Any amount is welcomed and will be matched!

Cal alumni softball team is back. If you’re looking for some fun after work, meeting new friends, and have always wanted to play softball on the National Mall, now’s your chance!

We are gathering players for a Spring softball league starting the week of March 9th. If you’re interested, reach out to the club by emailing [email protected].

Join us for the annual Wreaths Across America event at Arlington National Cemetery. This is an outdoor event, with walking around hilly terrain, so plan appropriately.

📆 Saturday December 13, 7:45 am
📍Rosslyn Metro Station (Blue, Orange, Silver metro lines, or 1850 N Moore Street) - meet host William Hagen on the ground level of the station.

We will walk to the cemetery and place wreaths on the headstones of the military members. This is a great volunteer opportunity to give back and meet some fellow bears.

Join us to lay wreaths at Arlington National Cemetery during the Wreaths Across America event. The details:

📍Ground Level, Rosslyn Metro Station (Orange, Silver, and Blue metro lines). 1850 N. Moore Street, Arlington VA. Host William will be dressed in Cal blue and gold rugby shirt.

As the year comes to an end, join your fellow DC Cal Alumni for our annual winter social! We will enjoy each other’s company and a catered dinner at UCDC. This is the club’s premiere winter event so don’t miss out!
