We are a Church of the Brethren congregation, a Historic Peace Church that values peacemaking, social justice, simple living, and following Jesus in community together around God's Word. We worship every Sunday at 11 AM. Sunday School is available for children during the service. Come as you are! All are welcome! The Brethren Nutrition Program (soup kitchen) is open from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM on Mon

day, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (note - closed Wednesdays). Our church building functions as a meeting place for both the church and the community. The Hill Preschool operates out of our building.

Join us as comes to DC next week! Handmade Palestine 🧵🕊️ gathers fair-trade crafts from Palestinian makers. Each purchase supports fair wages directly to the artisans and the profits go towards planting trees in Palestine through Mashjar Juthour, a Palestinian nature preserve near Ramallah.

RSVP at bit.ly/handmadepalestine - free tickets are required.

Doors for the Artisan Market open at 3:30pm. Join us at 6pm for a Q&A and discussion with Morgan Totah, co-founder of Handmade Palestine. Light refreshments will be offered during the discussion.

Tatreez, kuffiyehs, olive wood products, jewelry, canvas art prints, and more will be available for purchase.

✨ Holy Week✨

🌿🌿 Join us for Palm Sunday worship (we’ll have PALMS to wave!)

and for gluten free treats plus tea, coffee, and juice to follow.

🫂🥖🍷Maundy Thursday - for more than a decade, WCCOB has joined Arlington Church of the Brethren for a Love Feast (Last Supper Communion Service, with footwashing, the bread and cup, and fellowship meal). Carpool available from DC (talk with Jacob or Jenn & Nate).

✝️🪨⚰️✨💥 Easter Sunday worship!
Followed by an egg hunt on site at the church, and

an Easter Sunday potluck will be held OFFSITE (RSVP and contact church office for details).

One of our pastors was in Minneapolis last week, part of an interfaith call to stand in solidarity with people in Minnesota, in the struggle to keep neighbors safe from violence and kidnapping by ICE. Pastor Jenn Hosler's sermon from Sunday can be found in the comments!
