Caribbean Conference on Domestic Violence and Gender Equality Global Center for Behavioural Health (GCBH) warmly invites you to the annual Caribbean Conference on Domestic Violence and Gender Equality.

To increase awareness and highlight the problem of domestic violence across the Caribbean region;
To understand the intersection of personal experiences and to inform program strategies;
To introduce and discuss challenges and innovative practices, programs, and partnerships among stakeholder: providers, public health programs, legal systems, social service agencies, domestic violence agen

cies, faith-based organizations, and advocates, for implementation of interventions and treatment for victims/survivors and offenders;
To build strategic alliances across the region and internationally, that lead to better identification, intervention and treatment for victims and offenders.

The annual United Nations’ 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence (GBV) will run from November 25, 2020 on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and runs until 10 December, Human Rights Day.
