O1nnovations was invited by the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of Garcia-Hernandez, Bohol to install three rain gauges across the municipality to support its disaster risk reduction and preparedness efforts.

The gauges we're installed at the MDRRMO Office in Poblacion, Brgy. Cambuyo, and Brgy. Tabuan, providing rainfall observations from lowland and upland areas of the municipality.

Beyond the installation, we also shared with the MDRRMO and barangay representatives how the gauges and rainfall data can be used for local monitoring, documenting rainfall events, and building a long-term rainfall record that can support future planning and decision-making.

We’re grateful to the Municipality of Garcia-Hernandez especially to Municipal Mayor Engr. Filadelfo Jess III V. Baja and Sir Glenn Madelo for inviting O1nnovations to contribute to this initiative and for working with us toward more locally informed and data-driven DRRM efforts. 🌧️💧

🌧️ We just installed a rain gauge at our O1nnovations office in San Francisco, Agusan del Sur.

This isn’t just a weather instrument. It’s the start of our hyper-local rainfall data network — ground-truth data collected right where our communities live, where our RainCatcher systems are built, and where rain is both challenge and resource.

Here’s why it matters:
