DC Black Pride

DC Black Pride DC Black Pride (DCBP), held annually during the Memorial Day Weekend celebrates the African-American le***an, gay, bisexual and transgender community.

Since 1991, DC Black Pride (DCBP) has been held annually. DCBP is presented by the Center for Black Equity (CBE). The CBE is a coalition of Black Pride organizers formed to promote a multinational network of LGBT (Le***an, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) Prides and community-based organizations. Each year, more than 50,000 men and women from all over the world attend DCBP and experience the great cult

ure and history in the Washington, DC area. Attendees have come to expect only quality social and non-social events during the Memorial Day Weekend. DCBP has inspired annual Black LGBT pride events in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Brazil, Africa and the Caribbean since its founding. More than 250,000 men and women attend Black LGBT Pride events each year.

Seniors and guests with accessibility needs, including ASL interpretation, mobility support, or other accommodations, are encouraged to arrive at 4:00 PM and check in at the DC Black Pride Hospitality Desk.

A limited number of tickets will also be available for onsite registration beginning at 4:00 PM. Tickets are first come, first served and will be available until they are gone.
