The DC Activist Street Band welcomes Minneapolis band Brass Solidarity to Washington, DC, as part of a larger Minnesota congressional delegation to demand ICE out of Minnesota -- and out of our communities across the country. On Friday, February 13th, musicians will gather on the Plaza in Mount Pleasant to celebrate community, play music, and support each other from neighbor to neighbor, city to city, and state to state.

Please come support Bancroft Troop 42207 (and get your Girl Scout cookie fix for this insanely cold weather!) at the Mt Pleasant Farmers Market tomorrow, Saturday, February 7, between 9 am to 1 pm. It's a Bancroft troop of Brownie and Junior 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grade scouts who are excited to raise money for a camping trip and other troop activities!!! MtP Library Book Sale - Join us this Saturday & every Saturday during the Winter for our used books & merch sale! We have reopened our room full of books so the selection is larger than our normal book cart at the MtP Farmers Market.

We will also have our limited hoodies, t-shirts, tote bags and children’s clothing.

As always we will have a free box of kids books!

If you have books to donate, you can drop them off on the second floor near the Friends of the MtP Library sales room across from the Children’s section anytime the library is open!
