We had a wonderful time seeing everyone at the event this past weekend at the Planet Word Mueseum. We had a wonderful time checking out the exhibit on stuttering and showing our support.

Our Annual Baseball Game Social was an awesome success as we had 16 people in attendance for the game!

We had a beautiful view of the stadium along with views of the Capitol Building and Washington Monument in the background. Members brought their families and significant others, we had 1 first timer, and the Nationals won their game!

We’re reminiscing of our time at the 2025 NSA Annual Conference that was held earlier this Month! Over 600 people attended the conference in Denver and we are proud of the representation from the DMV area.

We’re excited to announce the big news of our One-Day Conference that is happening at the end of May!

This event is for everyone—adults who stutter, kids and teens, parents, SLPs, friends, families, and allies. With age-specific workshops, a dedicated SLP track (with ASHA CEUs), and plenty of time to meet others who get it, there’s something meaningful waiting for you here. And, as always, coffee, snacks, and lunch will be provided.

The DC Chapter had a wonderful time at our February Social Event of Bowling !

We had 14 people in attendance, some expert bowlers, some new. But overall, everyone had a blast and food was enjoyed alongside it! We’re looking forward to March’s Social Event: LASER TAG!
