“The opening bells and voices of the Washington Chorus lifted into the hall and enriched the atmosphere at the start of “Suor Angelica.”” — Operawire about Il trittico at Carnegie Hall. Read the review here: https://operawire.com/carnegie-hall-2025-26-review-il-trittico/

We’re still thinking back to our incredible performances with the National Symphony Orchestra and Gianandrea Noseda. Bravo to everyone involved in bringing Washington, D.C., and New York City audiences Puccini’s Il trittico!

If you attended the concerts, which of these one-act operas was your favorite and why?

The Washington Chorus goes to Baltimore!

We’re taking part in the dramatic finale to the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra's 2025-26 season and performing in Verdi’s Rigoletto, a powerful tale of love, betrayal, and vengeance.

This in-concert presentation features acclaimed soloists, including Quinn Kelsey in the title role, Raven McMillon, Andrew Owens, Peixin Chen, J’Nai Bridges, and Christian Pursell. BSO Music Director Jonathon Heyward conducts two performances of what will be a thrilling conclusion to TWC’s 2025-26 season of collaborations.

See you in Baltimore next month!

Thank you to everyone who joined us in Washington, D.C., and New York City for our collaborative performances of Il trittico with the National Symphony Orchestra and Gianandrea Noseda! It was a joy to bring Puccini’s triptych of one-act operas to audiences across the region, and to work with acclaimed soloists at multiple concert halls.

Our season of collaborations doesn’t end here - we’re headed to Baltimore in June for Verdi’s Rigoletto with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and Jonathon Heyward. Will we see you there for another grand opera in concert?
